13         Senate Amendment (with title amendment) 
14         On page 56, line 16, after the period,
15  
16  insert:  If at any time, based upon an analysis by the agency,
17  the cost of waiver services are expected to exceed the
18  appropriated amount, the agency may implement any adjustment,
19  including provider rate reductions, within 30 days in order to
20  remain within the appropriation following publication of such
21  adjustment as provided in s. 120.55
