  1                      A bill to be entitled

  2         An act relating to workforce development;

  3         expressing the intent of the Legislature to

  4         enact policies enhancing the state's

  5         workforce-development activities and labor

  6         force; providing an effective date.

  8  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:

  9  

10         Section 1.  It is the intent of the Legislature to

11  enact policies that enhance the state's workforce-development

12  activities and ensure the quality of the state's labor force,

13  in order to support the economic development goals of the

14  state.

15         Section 2.  This act shall take effect upon becoming a

16  law.
