9 Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:

11 Section 1. Howard E. Futch Memorial Highway
12 designated; Department of Transportation to erect suitable
13 markers.--
14 (1) That portion of U.S. Highway 192 from Interstate
15 95 in Brevard County to St. Cloud in Osceola County is
16 designated as "Howard E. Futch Memorial Highway."
17 (2) The Department of Transportation is directed to
18 erect suitable markers designating Howard E. Futch Memorial
19 Highway as described in subsection (1).
20 Section 2. Ed Fraser Memorial Highway designated;
21 Department of Transportation to erect suitable markers.--
22 (1) That portion of State Road 121 in Baker County is
23 designated as "Ed Fraser Memorial Highway."
24 (2) The Department of Transportation is directed to
25 erect suitable markers designating Ed Fraser Memorial Highway
26 as described in subsection (1).
27 Section 3. Trooper Charles W. Parks Memorial Highway
28 designated; Department of Transportation to erect suitable
29 markers.--

7 Section 4. Deputy Renee Danell Azure Memorial Highway
8 designated; Department of Transportation to erect suitable
9 markers.--
10 (1) That portion of State Road 121 in Union County
11 between the border at Baker County and the city limits of the
12 City of Lake Butler is designated as "Deputy Renee Danell
13 Azure Memorial Highway."
14 (2) The Department of Transportation is directed to
15 erect suitable markers designating Deputy Renee Danell Azure
16 Memorial Highway as described in subsection (1).
17 Section 5. Andrew J. Aviles Trail designated;
18 Department of Transportation to erect suitable markers.--
19 (1) That portion of the Old Gandy Access Road number
20 10-030-111 between Gandy Boulevard and the Friendship Trail
21 Bridge, Department of Transportation number 10-068, in
22 Hillsborough County is designated as "Andrew J. Aviles Trail."
23 (2) The Department of Transportation is directed to
24 erect suitable markers designating Andrew J. Aviles Trail as
25 described in subsection (1).
26 Section 6. Private Robert M. McTureous, Jr., U.S.M.C.,
27 Medal of Honor Memorial Highway designated; Department of
28 Transportation to erect suitable markers.--
29 (1) That portion of State Road 19 in Lake County from
30 the north end of Lake County to the intersection of State Road
31 19 and U.S. Highway 441 in Eustis is designated as "Private

1 Robert M. McTureous, Jr., U.S.M.C., Medal of Honor Memorial
2 Highway."
3 (2) The Department of Transportation is directed to
4 erect suitable markers designating Private Robert M.
5 McTureous, Jr., U.S.M.C., Medal of Honor Memorial Highway as
6 described in subsection (1).
7 Section 7. St. Johns River Veterans Memorial Bridge
8 designated; Department of Transportation to erect suitable
9 markers.--
10 (1) The westbound and eastbound spans of the St. Johns
11 River bridge on Interstate Highway 4 designated as bridge
12 number 790196, westbound, and bridge number 790197, eastbound,
13 connecting Volusia and Seminole Counties are designated as the
14 "St. Johns River Veterans Memorial Bridge."
15 (2) The Department of Transportation is directed to
16 erect suitable markers designating the St. Johns River
17 Veterans Memorial Bridge as described in subsection (1).
18 Section 8. Florida Veterans Memorial Bridge
19 designated; Department of Transportation to erect suitable
20 markers.--
21 (1) The bridge at the Lake Panasoffkee area exit on
22 Interstate Highway 75 known as the Lake Panasoffkee Bridge,
23 Department of Transportation designation 180940, in Sumter
24 County is designated as the "Florida Veterans Memorial
25 Bridge."
26 (2) The Department of Transportation is directed to
27 erect suitable markers designating the Florida Veterans
28 Memorial Bridge as described in subsection (1).
29 Section 9. Deputy Charles "Chuck" Sease Memorial
30 Interchange designated; Department of Transportation to erect
31 suitable markers.--

1 (1) The interchange of Interstate Highway 95 and State
2 Road 100 at exit number 284 in Flagler County is designated as
3 "Deputy Charles 'Chuck' Sease Memorial Interchange."
4 (2) The Department of Transportation is directed to
5 erect suitable markers designating Deputy Charles "Chuck"
6 Sease Memorial Interchange as described in subsection (1).
7 Section 10. Clyde Hart Highway designated; department
8 to erect suitable markers.--
9 (1) That portion of State Road 44 which lies between
10 Deland and State Road 415 in Volusia County is designated as
11 "Clyde Hart Highway."
12 (2) The Department of Transportation is directed to
13 erect suitable markers designating Clyde Hart Highway as
14 described in subsection (1).
15 Section 11. Veterans Memorial Parkway designated;
16 department to erect suitable markers.--
17 (1) U.S. Highway 331 in Walton County, from U.S.
18 Highway 90 to the southern boundary of the City of DeFuniak
19 Springs, is designated as "Veterans Memorial Boulevard."
20 (2) The Department of Transportation is directed to
21 erect suitable markers designating the Veterans Memorial
22 Boulevard as described in subsection (1).
23 Section 12. William C. Cramer Interstate Highway
24 designated; department to erect suitable markers.--
25 (1) Contingent on the passage of a resolution by the
26 affected parties, that part of Interstate 275 which extends
27 from the Howard Frankland Bridge to the Skyway Bridge is
28 designated as the "William C. Cramer Interstate Highway."
29 (2) The Department of Transportation is directed to
30 erect suitable markers designating the William C. Cramer
31 Interstate Highway as described in subsection (1).

1 Section 13. Harbor Boulevard named.--
2 (1) U.S. Highway 98, in the City of Destin, from the
3 East end of Marler Bridge to Gulf Shore Drive, is renamed
4 "Harbor Boulevard."
5 (2) The City of Destin is directed to erect suitable
6 markers identifying Harbor Boulevard as described in
7 subsection (1).
8 Section 14. Emerald Coast Parkway named.--
9 (1) U.S. Highway 98, in the City of Destin, from Gulf
10 Shore Drive to 2378 Scenic Highway 98, is renamed "Emerald
11 Coast Parkway."
12 (2) The City of Destin is directed to erect suitable
13 markers identifying Emerald Coast Parkway as described in
14 subsection (1).
15 Section 15. Arthor L. Andrews Bridge designated in
16 honor of Wakulla County veterans; Department of Transportation
17 to erect suitable markers.--
18 (1) The Buckhorn Creek Bridge, Department of
19 Transportation designation (bridge #590057), on State Road 375
20 in Wakulla County is designated as the "Arthor L. Andrews
21 Bridge" in honor of Wakulla County veterans.
22 (2) The Department of Transportation is directed to
23 erect suitable markers designating the Arthor L. Andrews
24 Bridge as described in subsection (1) with the words "In Honor
25 of Wakulla County Veterans" inscribed below the name.
26 Section 16. Jerome A. Williams Memorial Highway
27 designated; department to erect suitable markers.--
28 (1) That portion of U.S. Highway 17 in Putnam County
29 from Crescent City south to the border at Volusia County is
30 designated as "Jerome A. Williams Memorial Highway."

8 to U.S. Highway 27 is designated as "Larry E. Smedley Medal of
9 Honor Highway."
10 (2) The Department of Transportation is directed to
11 erect suitable markers designating Larry E. Smedley Medal of
12 Honor Highway as described in subsection (1).
13 Section 18. James H. Pruitt Memorial Bridge
14 designated; Department of Transportation to erect suitable
15 markers.--
16 (1) The bridge over the Sebastian Inlet, bridge number
17 880005, located on State Road A1A between Brevard County and
18 Indian River County is designated as the "James H. Pruitt
19 Memorial Bridge."
20 (2) The Department of Transportation is directed to
21 erect suitable markers designating James H. Pruitt Memorial
22 Bridge as described in subsection (1).
23 Section 19. Browning-Pearce Memorial Highway
24 designated; department to erect suitable markers.--
25 (1) That portion of State Road 207 between Interstate
26 Highway 95 in St. Johns County and the intersection with U.S.
27 Highway 17 in Putnam County is designated as "Browning-Pearce
28 Memorial Highway."
29 (2) The Department of Transportation is directed to
30 erect suitable markers designating Browning-Pearce Memorial
31 Highway as described in subsection (1).

1 Section 20. James C. Penney Memorial Boulevard
2 designated; department to erect suitable markers.--
3 (1) That portion of State Road 16 in Clay County
4 within the town limits of the Town of Penney Farms is
5 designated as "James C. Penney Memorial Boulevard."
6 (2) The Department of Transportation is directed to
7 erect suitable markers designating James C. Penney Memorial
8 Boulevard as described in subsection (1).
9 Section 21. C. Fred and Marvin Arrington Bridge
10 designated; department to erect suitable markers.--
11 (1) The C. Fred Arrington Bridge located on U.S.
12 Highway 27 between Tallahassee and Havana and crossing the
13 Ochlockonee River is designated as "C. Fred and Marvin
14 Arrington Bridge."
15 (2) The Department of Transportation is directed to
16 erect suitable markers designating C. Fred and Marvin
17 Arrington Bridge as described in subsection (1).
18 Section 22. This act shall take effect upon becoming a
19 law.
