  1                      A bill to be entitled

  2         An act relating to the Joint Legislative

  3         Committee on Article V; repealing s. 11.75,

  4         F.S., which created the Joint Legislative

  5         Committee on Article V and charged the

  6         committee with implementing Revision 7 to

  7         Article V of the State Constitution; providing

  8         an effective date.

10  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:

11  

12         Section 1.  Section 11.75, Florida Statutes, is

13  repealed.

14         Section 2.  This act shall take effect upon becoming a

15  law.
