8the Village of Sea Ranch Lakes, Broward County; clarifying
9and delineating the corporate limits of the Town of
10Lauderdale-By-The-Sea and the Village of Sea Ranch Lakes
11to include specified lands within said corporate limits;
12providing an effective date.

14Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:
15
16     Section 1.  The present corporate limits of the Town of
17Lauderdale-By-The-Sea, Broward County, Florida, are amended as
18follows:
19
20Beginning at the intersection of the south boundary
21line of Section 7, Township 49 South, Range 43 East
22with the centerline of the Intracoastal Waterway
23(Florida East Coast Canal), the POINT OF BEGINNING;
24THENCE in a northerly direction along the centerline
25of the Intracoastal Waterway to the intersection of
26said centerline with a line located twenty-five (25)
27feet south of and parallel to the north line of
28Section 7, Township 49 South, Range 43 East; THENCE in
29an easterly direction along a line located twenty-five
30(25) feet south of and parallel to the north line of
31said Section 7 to the intersection of said line with
32the east right-of-way line of the Intracoastal
33Waterway; THENCE in a northerly direction along the
34east right-of-way line of the Intracoastal Waterway to
35the intersection of said east right-of way line with
36the southwest corner of Lot 1, Block 16 of TERRA MAR
37ISLAND ESTATES, SECOND ADDITION, as recorded in Plat
38Book 31, Page 20 of the Public Records of Broward
39County, Florida; THENCE in an easterly direction along
40the south line of said Lot 1, Block 16 to the

42northerly direction along the east line of said Lot 1,
