14         In title, on page 1, line 7, after the semicolon

17         authorizing certain tax refunds to be paid from
18         an appropriation in a subsequent fiscal year;
19         requiring the Office of Tourism, Trade, and
20         Economic Development to provide notice of an
21         anticipated shortfall in the amount necessary
22         to satisfy tax refund claims; eliminating a
23         requirement for prorating of tax refunds;
