  1                      A bill to be entitled

  2         An act relating to health care funding;

  3         expressing the legislative intent to enact

  4         legislation relating to the funding of health

  5         care in this state for the uninsured; providing

  6         an effective date.

  8  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:

  9  

10         Section 1.  The Legislature intends to enact

11  legislation relating to health care funding and expanding the

12  coverage of health flex plans for the uninsured.

13         Section 2.  This act shall take effect upon becoming a

14  law.
