  1                      A bill to be entitled

  2         An act relating to health care insurance;

  3         expressing the legislative intent to enact

  4         legislation relating to health insurance for

  5         the uninsured; providing an effective date.

  7  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:

  8  

  9         Section 1.  The Legislature intends to enact

10  legislation relating to health insurance for the uninsured and

11  addressing the recommendations of the Governor's Task Force on

12  Affordable Health Insurance.

13         Section 2.  This act shall take effect upon becoming a

14  law.
