3     Amendment to Amendment (280865) (with title amendment)
4     Remove line(s) 49 and insert:
51003.43(1) during his or her junior or senior year. If a student
6has not met the requirements of this subparagraph, the student
7shall be granted a one-semester probationary period to obtain a
8grade point average of 2.0 or above on a 4.0 scale, or its
9equivalent, or a cumulative grade point average of 2.0 or above
10on a 4.0 scale, or its equivalent, in the courses required by s.
111003.43(1) before becoming ineligible to participate in
12extracurricular student activities. The student must submit an
13affidavit signed by his or her parent and activity director,
14agreeing to allow continued participation during this semester
15probationary period.
