11  Senator Lynn moved the following amendment:

13         Senate Amendment (with title amendment) 
14         On page 32, line 5-7, delete
15  
16  and insert:  
17         (5)  The department and insurers may only use the data
18  obtained pursuant to subsection (2) for the purpose of
19  identifying noncustodial parents who owe past due support. If
20  the department does not match such data with a noncustodial
21  parent who owes past due support, such data shall be destroyed
22  immediately, and shall not be maintained by the department.
