14 Between lines 3623 and 3624,

16 insert:
17 Section 42. Use of social security number on
18 identification cards.--An entity that contracts with the state
19 to provide health insurance coverage for state employees may
20 not issue an identification card for use by a covered employee
21 which:
22 (1) Contains that employee's social security number,
23 or
24 (2) Contains that employee's social security number as
25 part of another identifier, either by adding additional
26 prefixes, suffixes, numbers, or letters.
