  1                      A bill to be entitled

  2         An act relating to highway designations;

  3         designating a portion of Dunn Avenue in

  4         Jacksonville as the "Robert 'Bullet Bob' Hayes

  5         Avenue"; directing the Department of

  6         Transportation to erect suitable markers;

  7         providing an effective date.

  9  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:

11         Section 1.  Robert "Bullet Bob" Hayes Avenue

12  designated; department to erect suitable markers.--

13         (1)  That portion of Edgewood Avenue W. in Jacksonville

14  from U.S. 1, East to where Edgewood Avenue W. becomes Tallulah

15  is designated as "Robert 'Bullet Bob' Hayes Avenue."

16         (2)  The Department of Transportation is directed to

17  erect suitable markers designating Robert "Bullet Bob" Hayes

18  Avenue as described in subsection (1).

19         Section 2.  This act shall take effect July 1, 2004.
