  1                      A bill to be entitled

  2         An act relating to highway designations;

  3         designating a portion of Edgewood Avenue in

  4         Jacksonville as the "Robert 'Bullet Bob' Hayes

  5         Avenue"; designating a portion of Dunn Avenue

  6         in Jacksonville as "Dan Jones Avenue";

  7         designating a portion of I-95 at approximately

  8         mile marker 284 as the "Deputy Charles 'Chuck'

  9         Sease Highway"; directing the Department of

10         Transportation to erect suitable markers;

11         providing an effective date.

13  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:

14  

15         Section 1.  Robert "Bullet Bob" Hayes Avenue

16  designated; department to erect suitable markers.--

17         (1)  That portion of Edgewood Avenue W. in Jacksonville

18  from U.S. 1, East to where Edgewood Avenue W. becomes Tallulah

19  is designated as "Robert 'Bullet Bob' Hayes Avenue."

20         (2)  The Department of Transportation is directed to

21  erect suitable markers designating Robert "Bullet Bob" Hayes

22  Avenue as described in subsection (1).

23         Section 2.  Dan Jones Avenue designated; department to

24  erect suitable markers.--

25         (1)  That portion of Dunn Avenue in Jacksonville

26  between I-295 West and I-95 North is designated as "Dan Jones

27  Avenue."

28         (2)  The Department of Transportation is directed to

29  erect suitable markers designating Dan Jones Avenue as

30  described in subsection (1).

 1         Section 3.  Deputy Charles "Chuck" Sease Highway

 2  designated; department to erect suitable markers.--

 3         (1)  That portion of I-95 at approximately mile marker

 4  284 is designated as "Deputy Charles 'Chuck' Sease Highway".

 5         (2)  The Department of Transportation is directed to

 6  erect suitable markers designating Deputy Charles "Chuck"

 7  Sease Highway as described in subsection (1).

 8         Section 4.  This act shall take effect July 1, 2004.

13  The CS designates the following:

14  Dunn Avenue in Jacksonville between I-295 West and I-95 North
    as the Dan Jones Avenue.

    A portion of Interstate 95 in Flagler County as the Deputy
16  Charles 'Chuck' Sease Highway.
