  1                      A bill to be entitled

  2         An act relating to highway designations;

  3         designating a portion of I-95 at approximately

  4         mile marker 284 as the "Deputy Charles 'Chuck'

  5         Sease Highway"; directing the Department of

  6         Transportation to erect suitable markers;

  7         providing an effective date.

  9  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:

10  

11         Section 1.  Deputy Charles "Chuck" Sease Highway

12  designated; department to erect suitable markers.--

13         (1)  That portion of I-95 at approximately mile marker

14  284 is designated as "Deputy Charles 'Chuck' Sease Highway".

15         (2)  The Department of Transportation is directed to

16  erect suitable markers designating Deputy Charles "Chuck"

17  Sease Highway as described in subsection (1).

18         Section 2.  This act shall take effect July 1, 2004.
