| 4 | Remove line(s) 621-633 and insert: |
| 5 | Section 13. Exemption of property from taxation.--The |
| 6 | exercise of the powers by the board conferred in this act |
| 7 | constitutes the performance of governmental functions. |
| 8 | Facilities owned and operated by the district under the |
| 9 | provisions of this act constitute public property. When such |
| 10 | facilities are used for governmental purposes, the board shall |
| 11 | not be required to pay any taxes or assessments upon any such |
| 12 | facilities or parts thereof. |
