13         Senate Amendment 
14         On page 344, lines 21-30, delete those lines
15  
16  and insert:  
17         Section 181.  The agency shall refund 90 percent of the
18  license application fee to applicants that submitted their
19  health care clinic licensure fees and applications but were
20  subsequently exempted from licensure by this act.
