14         On page 15, line 29, through
15            page 16, line 5, delete those lines
16  
17  and insert:  
18         (5)  "Change in ownership" means an event in which the
19  licensee changes to a different legal entity or in which 45
20  percent or more of the ownership, voting shares, or
21  controlling interest in a corporation whose shares are not
22  publicly traded on a recognized stock exchange is transferred
23  or assigned, including the final transfer or assignment of
24  multiple transfers or assignments over a 2-year period which
25  cumulatively total 45 percent or greater. However, a change
26  solely in the management company is not a change of ownership.
