13 Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
14 On page 4, between lines 2 and 3,

16 insert:
17 Section 4. Paragraph (d) of subsection (1) of section
18 163.3187, Florida Statutes, is amended
19 163.3187 Amendment of adopted comprehensive plan.--
20 (1) Amendments to comprehensive plans adopted pursuant
21 to this part may be made not more than two times during any
22 calendar year, except:
23 (d) Any comprehensive plan amendment required by a
24 compliance agreement under pursuant to s. 163.3184(16) or any
25 large scale comprehensive plan amendment adopted as a result
26 of informal mediation in accordance with s. 163.3181(4) may be
27 approved without regard to statutory limits on the frequency
28 of adoption of amendments to the comprehensive plan.
