1	A bill to be entitled
2	An act relating to a review under the Open Government
3	Sunset Review Act; amending s. 395.3035, F.S., relating to
4	a public meetings exemption for certain portions of a
5	meeting of the governing board of a public hospital;
6	removing the October 2, 2004, repeal thereof scheduled
7	under the Open Government Sunset Review Act of 1995;
8	making an editorial change; providing an effective date.

10	Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:

12	Section 1.  Paragraph (a) of subsection (4) of section
13	395.3035, Florida Statutes, is amended to read:
14	395.3035  Confidentiality of hospital records and
15	meetings.--
16	(4)(a)  Those portions of a board meeting at which one or
17	more written strategic plans that are confidential pursuant to
18	subsection (2) are discussed, reported on, modified, or approved
19	by the governing board are exempt from the provisions of s.
20	286.011 and s. 24(b), Art. I of the State Constitution. This
21	paragraph is subject to the Open Government Sunset Review Act of
22	1995 in accordance with s. 119.15 and shall stand repealed on
23	October 2, 2004, unless reviewed and saved from repeal through
24	reenactment by the Legislature.
25	Section 2.  This act shall take effect October 1, 2004.
