  1                      A bill to be entitled

  2         An act relating to long-term care liability

  3         insurance; expressing the legislative intent to

  4         revise laws relating to long-term care

  5         liability insurance; providing an effective

  6         date.

  8  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:

  9  

10         Section 1.  The Legislature intends to revise laws

11  relating to long-term care liability insurance.

12         Section 2.  This act shall take effect upon becoming a

13  law.
