3     Amendment
4     Remove lines 601-633 and insert:
5     (4)(a)  All electioneering advertisements must include the
6following disclosure statement, "Pd. Adv., Pd. for by ...(Full
7name and street address of the person publicly disseminating the
8advertisement)...".
9     (b)  The disclosure statement must also be followed by the
10full name of the person's four largest contributors making
11contributions in excess of $500 in the aggregate, if any.
12     1.  If there are fewer than four largest contributors, all
13largest contributors must be listed in the disclosure statement.
14     2.  If there are more than four largest contributors, the
15advertisement must list the first four largest contributors that
16made contributions to the person publicly disseminating the
17advertisement. If more than four largest contributors made
18contributions on the same date, then the first four largest
19contributors shall be determined alphabetically and listed in
20the advertisement.
21     (c)  Any statement required by paragraphs (a) and (b) shall
22be printed clearly and legibly in a conspicuous manner, subject
23to the following additional requirements:
24     1.  If the communication is broadcast on radio, the
25statement shall be spoken at the end of the communication.
26     2.  If the communication is broadcast on television, the
27statement shall be spoken and displayed at the end of the
28communication. A spoken disclosure statement is not required if
29the statement is displayed for at least 5 seconds of a 30-second
30communication or 10 seconds of a 60-second communication.
31     3.  The statement shall direct listeners or viewers to the
32Internet website of the Division of Elections for more
33information.
