| 5 | (3)(a) Reports filed pursuant to this section shall be |
| 6 | completed and filed through the electronic filing system not |
| 7 | later than midnight of the day designated. Reports not filed by |
| 8 | midnight of the day designated are late filed and are subject to |
| 9 | the penalties under s. 106.04(8), s. 106.07(8), or s. 106.29(3), |
| 10 | as applicable. If the person, committee, or organization is |
| 11 | unable to file electronically because of a problem with Internet |
| 12 | communication, a written report containing the required |
| 13 | information shall be filed by facsimile or hand delivery to the |
| 14 | division no later than noon on the next business day. |
| 15 | (b) In addition to any other reporting deadlines and |
| 16 | notwithstanding any other provision of law: |
| 17 | 1. A political committee or an executive committee of a |
| 18 | political party must report each contribution of $1,000 or more |
| 19 | through the electronic filing system within 5 days after receipt |
| 20 | of the contribution. |
| 21 | 2. A committee of continuous existence must report each |
| 22 | dues payment of $1,000 or more through the electronic filing |
| 23 | system within 5 days after receipt of such dues payment. |

| 25 | Contributions reportable under this paragraph include |
| 26 | contributions of $10,000 or more in the aggregate made by any |
| 27 | person during a calendar year, to be reported within 5 days |
| 28 | after such threshold is met and within 5 days after each |
| 29 | subsequent contribution, regardless of the amount. |
