| 5 | Section 28. In order to implement Specific Appropriations |
| 6 | 174, 175, 176, 177, and 178 of the 2004-2005 General |
| 7 | Appropriations Act, and notwithstanding any provision of ss. |
| 8 | 409.810-409.820, Florida Statutes, to the contrary, children who |
| 9 | meet the eligibility requirements for the Florida KidCare |
| 10 | program in effect prior to March 11, 2004, shall be eligible for |
| 11 | the program for the 2004-2005 fiscal year only pursuant to the |
| 12 | same application and enrollment provisions in effect prior to |
| 13 | such date. This section expires July 1, 2005. |
