| 4 | Remove everything after the enacting clause and insert: |
| 5 | Section 1. Section 570.195, Florida Statutes, is repealed. |
| 6 | Section 2. Any unspent balances remaining in the General |
| 7 | Inspection Trust Fund of the Department of Agriculture and |
| 8 | Consumer Services attributable to the program established in s. |
| 9 | 570.195, Florida Statutes, are hereby reverted and shall be |
| 10 | deposited into the Department of Financial Services Tobacco |
| 11 | Settlement Clearing Trust Fund, the fund from which it was |
| 12 | appropriated. |
| 13 | Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2004. |
