4	Remove lines 349-354 and insert:
5	addition, any the offer or failure to offer pursuant to
6	subsection (5) of a contractor, subcontractor, supplier, or
7	design professional to remedy an alleged construction defect or
8	to compromise and settle the claim by monetary payment does not
9	constitute an admission of liability with respect to the defect
10	and is not admissible in an action brought under this chapter.
