4     Remove lines 103-138 and insert:

6Constitution, upon written request by the current or former
7personnel of a crime laboratory or medical examiner's office,
8which must include official verification that the person has
9received a work-related threat to his or her life, health, or
10safety or to the life, health, or safety of a member of his or
11her family. For purposes of this sub-subparagraph, personnel of
12a crime laboratory or medical examiner's office are defined as
13personnel whose primary duties or responsibilities include
14performing laboratory and analytical work in criminal
15identification and investigation; photographing crime scenes;
16classifying, evaluating, and identifying fingerprints; or
17supervising one or more persons who have those duties or
18responsibilities.
19     b.  Sub-subparagraph a. is subject to the Open Government
20Sunset Review Act of 1995 in accordance with s. 119.15, and
21shall stand repealed on October 2, 2009, unless reviewed and
22saved from repeal through reenactment by the Legislature.
23     5.4.  An agency that is the custodian of the personal
24information specified in subparagraph 1., subparagraph 2., or
25subparagraph 3., or subparagraph 4. and that is not the employer
26of the officer, employee, justice, judge, or other person
27specified in subparagraph 1., subparagraph 2., or subparagraph
283., or subparagraph 4. shall maintain the confidentiality of the
29personal information only if the officer, employee, justice,
30judge, other person, or employing agency of the designated
31employee submits a written request for confidentiality to the
32custodial agency.
33     Section 2.  The Legislature finds that the exemption from
34public records requirements provided by this act for the home
35addresses, telephone numbers, social security numbers, and
36photographs of current or former personnel of a crime laboratory
37or medical examiner's office, the names, home addresses,
38telephone numbers, social security numbers, photographs, and
39places of employment of the spouses and children of such
40personnel, and the names and locations of schools and day care
41facilities attended by the children of such personnel, when a
42written request for such exemption is made by the current or
43former personnel of a crime laboratory or medical examiner's
