13         Senate Amendment (with title amendment) 
14         On page 2, lines 11-13, delete those lines
15  
16  and insert:  motion picture theater for the purpose of
17  recording a motion picture, while a motion picture is being
18  exhibited, without the express written consent of the theater
19  owner commits a misdemeanor in the first degree, punishable as
20  provided in section 775.082, Florida Statutes. A second
21  offense is a felony of the third degree, punishable as
