3     Amendment (with directory and title amendments)
4     Between lines 303 and 304, insert:
5     (8)  Taxes shall not be extended against parcels listed as
6lands available for taxes, but in each year the taxes that would
7have been due shall be treated as omitted years and added to the
8required minimum bid. Three years after from the day the land
9was offered for public sale, the land shall escheat to the
10county in which it is located, free and clear. All tax
11certificates, accrued taxes, and liens of any nature against the
12property shall be deemed canceled as a matter of law and of no
13further legal force and effect, and the clerk shall execute an
14escheatment a tax deed vesting title in the board of county
15commissioners of the county in which the land it is located.
