14 On page 12, between lines 17 and 18,

16 insert:
17 Section 3. Paragraph (ss) is added to subsection (4)
18 of section 320.08056, Florida Statutes, to read:
19 320.08056 Specialty license plates.--
20 (4) The following license plate annual use fees shall
21 be collected for the appropriate specialty license plates:
22 (ss) Florida National Guard license plate, $25.
23 Section 4. Subsection (45) is added to section
24 320.08058, Florida Statutes, to read:
25 320.08058 Specialty license plates.--
26 (45) FLORIDA NATIONAL GUARD LICENSE PLATES.--
27 (a) The department shall develop a Florida National
28 Guard license plate as provided in this section. The word
29 "Florida" must appear at the top of the plate, and the words
30 "National Guard" must appear at the bottom of the plate.
31 (b) The annual use fees shall be distributed to the

1 For Giving Foundation, Inc., to fund the Florida National
2 Guard Foundation and faith-based tax-exempt organizations in
3 this state. The For Giving Foundation shall distribute the
4 funds received as follows:
5 1. It may retain all proceeds until all costs for
6 developing the plate have been recovered.
7 2. It may expand a maximum of 5 percent of the
8 proceeds for administrative costs directly associated with its
9 operations.
10 3. It may expand a maximum of 20 percent of the
11 proceeds to promote and market the plate.
12 4. It shall distribute 75 percent of the proceeds to
13 the Florida National Guard Foundation.
