14         Senate Amendment 
15         On page 1, lines 27 through page 2, line 13, delete
16  those lines
17  
18  and insert:  
19         (a)  Notwithstanding the provisions of s. 320.08053,
20  the department shall develop a Florida National Guard license
21  plate as provided in this section. The word "Florida" must
22  appear at the top of the plate, and the words "National Guard"
23  must appear at the bottom of the plate.
24         (b)  The department shall retain all annual use fee
25  revenues from the sale of such plates until all startup costs
26  for developing and issuing the plates are recovered, not to
27  exceed $60,000. Thereafter the annual use fees shall be
28  distributed to the Florida National Guard Foundation.
