5 | Section 22. For purposes of s. 440.102, Florida Statutes, |
6 | a physician shall not serve as a medical review officer when a |
7 | specimen submitted for a drug test is: |
8 | (1) Collected by such physician or by an person or entity |
9 | who employs, is employed by, contracts with, or otherwise |
10 | provides a financial benefit to such physician; or |
11 | (2) Submitted by an employee or job applicant who is a |
12 | recipient of any medical service from such physician or from any |
13 | person or entity who employs, is employed by, contracts with or |
14 | otherwise provides a financial benefit to such physician. |
