11  Senator Aronberg moved the following amendment:

13         Senate Amendment (with title amendment) 
14         On page 1, line 25, through
15            page 2, line 2, delete those lines
16  
17  and insert:  
18         (hh)  Any information that would identify or help to
19  locate a child who participates in government-sponsored
20  recreation programs or camps or the parents or guardians of
21  such child, including, but not limited to, the name, home
22  address, telephone number, social security number, or
23  photograph of the child and the names, home addresses, and
24  social security numbers of parents or guardians of such child,
25  is exempt from subsection (1) and s. 24(a), Art. I of the
26  State Constitution. Information made exempt pursuant to this
27  paragraph may be disclosed by court order upon a showing of
28  good cause. This exemption applies to records held before, on,
29  or after the effective date of this exemption.
