14 On page 29, between lines 29 and 30,

16 insert:
17 Section 15. Subsection (2) of section 17.41, Florida
18 Statutes, is amended to read:
19 17.41 Department of Financial Services Tobacco
20 Settlement Clearing Trust Fund.--
21 (2) Funds to be credited to the Tobacco Settlement
22 Clearing Trust Fund shall consist of payments received by the
23 state from settlement of State of Florida v. American Tobacco
24 Co., No. 95-1466AH (Fla. 15th Cir. Ct. 1996) and fees from the
25 nonsettling-manufacturer fee collected pursuant to s.
26 210.0205. Moneys received from the settlement and fees and
27 deposited into the trust fund are exempt from the service
28 charges imposed under s. 215.20.
