14         Senate Amendment 
15         On page 6, lines 3-9, delete those lines
16  
17  and insert:  
18         (d)  Fund such other purposes as the Legislature
19  determines; however, $16 million of the proceeds received
20  under this act shall be provided annually through quarterly
21  disbursements to the Department of Health, for the purposes of
22  implementing a statewide anti-smoking marketing, educational
23  and advertising campaign to reduce youth tobacco use. The
24  Department of Health shall conduct surveillance and
25  evaluations to measure program performance and improve
26  implementation strategies. The Department of Health may
27  contract for any of the activities specified in this section.
