13 the right of eminent domain to acquire certain
14 property; repealing chapter 12862 (1927), Laws

4 Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:
5
6 Section 1. Chapters 8705 (1921), 9464 (1923), 12847
7 (1927), 12860 (1927), 12862 (1927), 24570 (1947), 24575
8 (1947), 24576 (1947), 24582 (1947), 27606 (1951), 27611
9 (1951), 30832 (1955), 59-1351, 59-1366, 63-1405, 67-1501,
10 71-495, 71-676, 71-687, 73-489, and 80-505, Laws of Florida,
11 are repealed.
12 Section 2. Such repeal shall not affect the
13 prosecution of any cause of action that accrued before the
14 effective date of this act and shall not affect the rules,
15 regulations, policies, actions, decisions, contracts,
16 agreements, obligations, and properties of the Hillsborough
17 County School District or the School Board of Hillsborough
18 County existing prior to the effective date of this act.
19 Section 3. This act shall take effect upon becoming a
20 law.
