  1                      A bill to be entitled

  2         An act relating to open government; expressing

  3         the legislative intent to enact legislation

  4         relating to public records and open meetings

  5         policies with respect to the voluntary

  6         universal prekindergarten education program

  7         required by the State Constitution; providing

  8         an effective date.

10  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:

11  

12         Section 1.  The Legislature intends to enact

13  legislation relating to public records and open meetings

14  policies with respect to the voluntary universal

15  prekindergarten education program prescribed in Section 1,

16  Article IX of the State Constitution.

17         Section 2.  This act shall take effect upon becoming a

18  law.
