13         Senate Amendment (with title amendment) 
14         On page 43, between lines 8 and 9,
15  
16  insert:  
17         (hh)  In any advertisement for health care services,
18  and also during the first in-person encounter, failing to
19  disclose the type of license under which the practitioner is
20  operating. This paragraph does not apply to a practitioner
21  while the practitioner is providing services in a facility
22  licensed under chapter 394, chapter 395, or chapter 400.
