13         Senate Amendment (with title amendment) 
14         On page 208, between lines 2 and 3,
15  
16  insert:  
17         Section 142.  Subsection (7) of section 395.0191,
18  Florida Statutes, is amended to read:
19         395.0191  Staff membership and clinical privileges.--
20         (7)  There shall be no monetary liability on the part
21  of, and no cause of action for injunctive relief or damages
22  shall arise against, any licensed facility, its governing
23  board or governing board members, medical staff, or
24  disciplinary board or against its agents, investigators,
25  witnesses, or employees, or against any other person, for any
26  action taken in good faith and without arising out of or
27  related to carrying out the provisions of this section, absent
28  intentional fraud in carrying out the provisions of this
29  section.
