11  Senator Jones moved the following amendment:

13         Senate Amendment 
14         On page 72, lines 19-29, delete those lines
15  
16  and insert:  
17         (5)  A student in a school or college of chiropractic
18  accredited by the Council on Chiropractic Education, or its
19  successors, in the final 6 months prior to his or her
20  scheduled graduation, may file an application under subsection
21  (1), take all examinations required for licensure, submit a
22  set of fingerprints and pay all fees required for
23  licensure.  A chiropractic student who takes and successfully
24  passes the licensure examinations and who otherwise meets all
25  requirements for licensure as a chiropractic physician during
26  the student's final 6 months of study must graduate and supply
27  proof of graduation to the department before being certified
28  for licensure under s. 460.406.
