13         Senate Amendment (with title amendment) 
14         On page 119, between lines 7 and 8,
15  
16  insert:  
17         Section 80.  Subsection (3) of section 478.51, Florida
18  Statutes, is amended to read:
19         478.51  Electrology facilities; requisites; facility
20  licensure; inspection.--
21         (3)  The board shall adopt rules governing the
22  licensure and operations of such facilities, personnel, safety
23  and sanitary requirements, and the licensure application and
24  granting process. Licensed electrologists using laser or
25  light-based hair-removal equipment in licensed electrology
26  facilities must work within readily available telephonic or
27  other form of telecommunications with the supervising
28  physician.
