  1                      A bill to be entitled

  2         An act relating to highway designations;

  3         designating the portion of State Road 441

  4         (Orange Blossom Trail) from State Road 192 to

  5         the Tupperware Convention Center at 3175 N.

  6         Orange Blossom Trail as "Robert Guevara

  7         Memorial Highway"; directing the Department of

  8         Transportation to erect suitable markers;

  9         providing an effective date.

11  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:

13         Section 1.  Robert Guevara Memorial Highway designated;

14  department to erect suitable markers.--

15         (1)  The portion of State Road 441 (Orange Blossom

16  Trail) from State Road 192 to the Tupperware Convention Center

17  at 3175 N. Orange Blossom Trail is designated as "Robert

18  Guevara Memorial Highway."

19         (2)  The Department of Transportation is directed to

20  erect suitable markers designating the Robert Guevara Memorial

21  Highway as described in subsection (1).

22         Section 2.  This act shall take effect July 1, 2004.
