14         On page 10, lines 18-20, delete those lines
15  
16  and insert:  trustees of any person. "Employer" also includes
17  employment agencies, employee leasing companies,
18  establishments primarily engaged in supplying temporary or
19  continuing help on a contract or fee basis where the help
20  supplied is always on the payroll of the supplying
21  establishment but under the direct or general supervision of
22  the business to which the help is furnished and similar agents
