17         (3)  In order to file claims as a claimant's
18  representative, acquire ownership or entitlement to unclaimed
19  property, receive a distribution of fees and costs from the
20  department, and obtain unclaimed property dollar amounts, the
21  number of reported shares of stock, and the last four digits
22  of social security numbers held by the department, an attorney
23  licensed to practice in this state
