13 Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
14 On page 2, between lines 19 and 20,

16 insert:
17 Section 3. Browning-Pearce Memorial Highway
18 designated; department to erect suitable markers.--
19 (1) That portion of State Road 207 between Interstate
20 Highway 95 in St. Johns County and the intersection with U.S.
21 Highway 17 in Putnam County is designated as "Browning-Pearce
22 Memorial Highway."
23 (2) The Department of Transportation is directed to
24 erect suitable markers designating Browning-Pearce Memorial
25 Highway as described in subsection (1).
26 Section 4. Jerome A. Williams Memorial Highway
27 designated; department to erect suitable markers.--
28 (1) That portion of U.S. Highway 17 in Putnam County
29 from Crescent City south to the border at Volusia County is
30 designated as "Jerome A. Williams Memorial Highway."
31 (2) The Department of Transportation is directed to

3 Section 5. James C. Penney Memorial Boulevard
4 designated; department to erect suitable markers.--
5 (1) That portion of State Road 16 in Clay County
6 within the town limits of the Town of Penney Farms is
7 designated as "James C. Penney Memorial Boulevard."
8 (2) The Department of Transportation is directed to
9 erect suitable markers designating James C. Penney Memorial
10 Boulevard as described in subsection (1).
11 Section 6. C. Fred and Marvin Arrington Bridge
12 designated; department to erect suitable markers.--
13 (1) The C. Fred Arrington Bridge located on U.S.
14 Highway 27 between Tallahassee and Havana and crossing the
15 Ochlockonee River is designated as "C. Fred and Marvin
16 Arrington Bridge."
17 (2) The Department of Transportation is directed to
18 erect suitable markers designating C. Fred and Marvin
19 Arrington Bridge as described in subsection (1).
20 Section 7. Howard E. Futch Memorial Highway
21 designated; department to erect suitable markers.--
22 (1) That portion of U.S. Highway 192 from Interstate
23 Highway 95 in Brevard County to St. Cloud in Osceola County is
24 designated as "Howard E. Futch Memorial Highway."
25 (2) The Department of Transportation is directed to
26 erect suitable markers designating Howard E. Futch Memorial
27 Highway as described in subsection (1).
28 Section 8. St. Johns River Veterans Memorial Bridge
29 designated; department to erect suitable markers.--
30 (1) The St. Johns River Bridge on I-4 at the
31 Seminole/Volusia County line is designated as the "St. Johns

2 (2) The Department of Transportation is directed to
