13         Senate Amendment 
14         On page 9, lines 23-29, delete those lines
15  
16  and insert:  out-of-state fees for upper-division courses
17  consistent with law and proviso in the General Appropriations
18  Act. However, the board of trustees shall not increase tuition
19  and out-of-state fees as authorized in subsection (4).
