13         Senate Amendment (with title amendment) 
14         On page 63, between lines 10 and 11,

16  insert:  
17         Section 41.  Paragraph (a) of subsection (2) of section
18  381.7355, Florida Statutes, is amended to read:
19         381.7355  Project requirements; review criteria.--
20         (2)  A proposal must include each of the following
21  elements:
22         (a)  The purpose and objectives of the proposal,
23  including identification of the particular racial or ethnic
24  disparity the project will address. The proposal must address
25  one or more of the following priority areas:
26         1.  Decreasing racial and ethnic disparities in
27  maternal and infant mortality rates.
28         2.  Decreasing racial and ethnic disparities in
29  morbidity and mortality rates relating to cancer.
30         3.  Decreasing racial and ethnic disparities in
31  morbidity and mortality rates relating to HIV/AIDS.
