11 Senator Wilson moved the following amendment:

13 Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
14 On page 7, lines 18-29, delete those lines
15
16 and insert: (3) of section 20.43, Florida Statutes, are
17 amended, paragraph (k) is added to that subsection, and
18 subsection (9) is added to that section, to read:
19 20.43 Department of Health.--There is created a
20 Department of Health.
21 (3) The following divisions of the Department of
22 Health are established:
23 (f) Division of Emergency Medical Operations Services
24 and Community Health Resources.
25 (i) Division of Information Technology Resource
26 Management.
27 (j) Division of Health Access Awareness and Tobacco.
28 (k) Division of Disability Determinations.
29 (9) There is established within the Department of
30 Health the Office of Minority Health.
