14 On page 63, between lines 16 and 17,

16 insert:
17 Section 42. Notwithstanding any other provision of
18 law, the Department of Financial Services is prohibited from
19 using any money appropriated from the Insurance Regulatory
20 Trust Fund as provided in section 624.523, Florida Statutes,
21 to administer the electronic agent education database which is
22 used by the department to approve agent continuing education
23 and prelicensing courses, course providers, and course
24 instructors.
