18 Section 42. The Technical Review and Advisory Panel of
19 the Department of Health, created by section 381.0068, Florida
20 Statutes, shall review and advise the Legislature on the need
21 and structure of a disciplinary board for the onsite sewage
22 industry. The panel shall submit a report to the Legislature
23 by January 2, 2005.
