  1                      A bill to be entitled

  2         An act relating to highway designations;

  3         designating the portion of State Road 44 which

  4         lies between Deland and State Road 415 in

  5         Volusia County as "Clyde Hart Highway";

  6         directing the Department of Transportation to

  7         erect suitable markers; providing an effective

  8         date.

10  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:

11  

12         Section 1.  Clyde Hart Highway designated; department

13  to erect suitable markers.--

14         (1)  That portion of State Road 44 which lies between

15  Deland and State Road 415 in Volusia County is designated as

16  "Clyde Hart Highway."

17         (2)  The Department of Transportation is directed to

18  erect suitable markers designating Clyde Hart Highway as

19  described in subsection (1).

20         Section 2.  This act shall take effect July 1, 2004.

23                          SENATE SUMMARY
